I love making my own seasonings and rubs for when I cook meats. This seasoning is AMAZING on everything I've tried it on so far.....Beef Eye Round, Brisket, Lamb, Pork Tenderloin.....
It creates this great Pastrami-like crust on the outside of your meats and the flavors are perfect. Try it out on your next meal! Just rub it into your meat and then cook it as you would normally.

Ingredients
- 1 Cups Whole Black Peppercorns
- 1 Cups Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 Cups Smoked Paprika
- 1 1/2 T Salt
- 1/2 tsps Cayenne
Directions
- Grind together in a spice grinder - keep a somewhat coarse consistency.
