Russian Tea Cookies
- 1 Cups Butter (cubed)
- 1 tsps Vanilla
- 6 T Confectioner's Sugar (plus extra to garnish)
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cups Walnuts
- In a food processor, add all ingredients (except the extra confectioner’s sugar) and mix until the nuts are completely ground and the ingredients form a dough-like consistency.
- On an ungreased cookie sheet, form 1-inch balls from the dough and space an inch apart. Cook in a preheated 350-degree oven for 12 minutes. Immediately remove the cookies from the pan and dust with powdered sugar. After a few more minutes, dust them again with more sugar.
