Homemade Harissa Seasoning

Serving Size: Makes 1/4 cup Ingredients
  • 2 T Hot Sauce (I used Frank's Red Hot)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsps Caraway Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander
  • 2 tsps Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • 3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
  • In a small bowl, combine everything except your Olive Oil. Mix together, then slowly add in your olive oil, while stirring to combine into a paste.
  • This can be kept in an air tight container for a few weeks.
